1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using magnoliafloralartistry.com (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Intellectual Property – Strict Protection of Floral Artistry Photos

All content on this Site, including but not limited to photographs of floral arrangements, bouquets, centrepieces, installations, weddings, events, sketches, pricing guides, written descriptions, and logos (collectively “Content”) is the exclusive property of Magnolia Floral Artistry and is protected by copyright laws.

You are strictly prohibited from:

·       Downloading, saving, screenshotting, copying, printing, or reproducing any photo or image from this Site without explicit written permission from Magnolia Floral Artistry.

·       Using any photo—even with credit—on social media, Pinterest, blogs, magazines, vendor directories, or commercial materials without a separate license.

·       Tracing, re-editing, or using any photo as a “reference” for another florist’s portfolio.

Permitted use only: Viewing Content for personal inspiration or to evaluate our services. No other use is allowed.

To request permission (e.g., a published feature, wedding blog, or vendor directory): Email mary@magnoliafloralartitry.com with the subject “Photo Permission Request.” Permission must be in writing and may require a fee.

Important for brides & vendors: If you hire Magnolia Floral Artistry, you do NOT automatically own the rights to photos of your wedding florals. Those photos remain our property unless a separate written agreement states otherwise.

3. Client Inquiries & Retainers

Submitting a contact form does not reserve a date. A signed contract and retainer are required for all floral services. Retainers are non-refundable as outlined in your separate service agreement.

4. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

·       Scrape or harvest any images, text, or pricing data from the Site.

·       Impersonate Magnolia Floral Artistry or its owner.

·       Use the Site to send spam or abusive messages.

5. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to venues, photographers, or other vendors. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Magnolia Floral Artistry is not liable for any indirect damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us against any claims resulting from your violation of these Terms, including unauthorized use of our photos.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Edmonton, Alberta, Canada.
